Bean and Chorizo Burritos

A cook that didn't need to be cooked on the grill but it was a beautiful day and I like cooking outdoors so here we go:

About a half a pound of chorizo and half of a sweet onion cooked in a CI skillet


cooked a lb of dried pinto beans earlier in the day and added about 3/4 of them to the skillet


Mashed them with a potato masher and let them simmer in the grill for about 20 minutes


Warmed up a couple of burrito sized flour tortillas


Added the beans, smoked pepper jack cheese, and Hatch chilies


sour cream and Sriracha sauce


Time to eat!!!
 
We used to call those dirty diapers..........ate them by the dozen........:partyman:
