My nephew Austin came over yesterday to hang out with his favorite Uncle, ME!!! Well, he's a big dude and likes to eat, so I hooked him up with some ABT's, Citrus Wings and a 3.5lb sirloin!

Started off with the ABT's and Wings.

While the wings and ABT's were cooking, we were enjoying a few adult beverages.

Time to start snacking.

While the snacks and more adult beverages were being enjoyed, the potatoes and vegetables were cooking nicely.

Potatoes, corn on the cob, onions, asparagus and peppers are done and it's time for the steaks!

5.5lbs of Choice Sirloin, the one on the right is Austin's weighing in at 3.5lbs. I did a naked sear and seasoned with Kosher salt, pepper and garlic.

Last bite going down, he was like a machine and the steak was gone in about 10 minutes. What shocked me was the baked potato, sweet potato and two ears of corn he ate after the steak!

No wonder your his favorite uncle, what a spread. Those two close up shots of his steak brought a tear to my eye. Nice job Larry.

You all never had WD-40 and Crown R Boilmakers with cheap lightweight beer?
You don't know what yer missin! ...

Course us hardcore folk use PB Blaster. WD is for 'w'ussies.

I'm speechless??? Impressed, but speechless. You need to take him to the steak house in El Paso and get his name on the
Wall-o-Fame. I think he will need to eat a 64 oz (4 lbs) chuck steak.

Wow! That boy can eat! I noticed he didn't touch his beer the entire meal though  . Had to leave room for all that food I guess. You defintely need to get him to compete with Man vs. Food.
