Another "Lunch" Post

ChuckBBQSmoker did a "Lunch" post recently grilling some brats, onions, peppers and he got my mouth watering. Wednesday is my day to have my 2 year old grandson so I was looking for something simple for lunch. I just started seeing Vidalia onion (not to be confused with the Vidalia grill) here in the store so I did up some Reverend Marvin's Vidalia onions, beer brats and a slice of provolone. My grandson preferred a Happy Meal to beer brats, but I may have to have them again tomorrow. Thanks for looking.

How cute! Now that's what I call a Happy Meal . . . one sammie for your grandson and one for you. Did your grandson share the Guinness with you, too?

Re: Another "Lunch" Post

If I would give him a chance he would have tried his first Guinness At 2 years old if you don't want him to have it you had better keep it out of his reach. After 25 or 30 years you forget how challenging it is to raise children, one day a week is enough for me now.

No I didn't even think to try the brats on him, but I made him eat some Reverend Marvin's onions ... he loved 'em!
