Hello fellow bbq brothers just a few pics of some ABT's I did yesterday afternoon along with a fatty for good measure. I need to watch out because I'm becoming a fatty too! Tried out a coring tool I picked up at the grocery store for cleaning my japs and why didn't I buy this sooner? Surfinsapo was right about this tool. It could have saved me tons of precious beer drinking time instead of trying to clean my japs after cutting them in half with a knife. Stuffed them with regular cream cheese and sprinkled with julio's seasoning. Fatty is dusted with Plowboys YB.

looks good to me.

however, I greatly prefer sliced the japs in half. It's easier,
and you can get more filling in there.

I kind of agree although these were really good I think I prefer them halved. This tool will still help me core them out really good and then I can just slice them in half and be ready to go. Get you one of these apple coring tools they really work great and it was like 2.50 at the grocery store. It doubles as a potato peeler too.
