These things looked like what flipped Fred's car over at the Drive In! I left them as they were, didn't trim a bit, seasoned only with salt, pepper and garlic. Cooked indirect with Royal Oak and Cherry wood for about 4 hours. Pretty darn good.

Cleaning/Burning the dripping grease from the ribs off the grill to clean for today's brisket!

Great looking ribs!!!! Did you have any seasoning left on those CI grates after you cleaned that grill?
 
damn son, those are the most boring looking beans I've seen
since I opened my last can. Did you at least sit em under
to catch some dripping.

I was only responsible for the ribs and drinking beer.........and from what I can remember, I did a good job! :mrgreen:
