3 lbs. (and change) of porterhouse.

Yes it was on the gasser.
I picked up a Weber Silver for $75 with a tank off of Craig's List. Couldn't pass it up.
I did use some of the Jamaican rum soaked Woodscuits I have from www.smokinlicious.com. for some smokey rummy flavor.
Smothered it with some caramelized vidalia onions and button 'shrooms.
A few seasoned taters....a few beers ......a little help with displaying the new model with Vanna White Jr. and I call it good eats.

Great cook Paul. How did someone as ugly as you get such a good looking daughter?

adorable.
The food looks fabulous...what's up with you, buying grills,
giant steaks.....you hit the lottery or something?

You stole that Weber Puff, can't beat them. Your little model just adds to it, she's a cutey. Oh, BTW, the food looks good enough to eat.
