2 Weeknight Junior Primo Cooks

Here's a couple of weeknight Jr. cooks.

Chicken breasts marinated in Zesty Italian dressing.



Pork Sirloin Strips, new potatoes and zuchini all marinated in Zesty Italian dressing and sprinkle with granulated garlic.

Looks great Larry. What temp did you take the pork to?150-160? The pork looks like it would be a good weeknight meal to try soon.

Larry, Zesty Italian was what they used to win the fajita cook off down here in the early 80's.. It is still one of the best marinades and sops... Awesome cookin Larry...
