Greg Rempe sent me this sauce (took a month to get here) and wanted me to try it and see what I thought abou a mustard based BBQ sauce. So here it is. The family liked the sauce even though they are used to a tomato based sweet/hot sauce. This was the done at the same time as the Pork Fingers so I was busy tending the grill and didn't have time for pics....Sorry!!

Now try the hot version, Bayou.

A man that knows the plan.....of course I will cuz the original is not hot at all. But then again I eat lots of hot stuff, it just don't agree with.......well you know

I can't live without it...I order it by the case.

I use the hot on chicken and won't share.

Also, try mixing some honey with it to use on
chicken wings (or any chicken)....that is addictive.

After a few years, I finally got around to using it on
barbecue...wow!

It's the most unique sauce out there....it's got almost as
much vinegar as mustard, no sugar, and it's dadgum spicy!
The heat level drops a good bit when you cook it though, so
that's why I always get the hot.

Woody is a good guy, not real good looking, not good with a
bungie cord, but he makes a good sauce.

This is not a sweet thick mustard sauce like you find in
Columbia SC (which I don't like).

You nailed it Jim! Think I'm down to Two bottles. Thanks for the reminder to order more.
