I start with an alum disposable tray, spread out nachos (sometimes I use a few differant kinds), next I add my brown'd ground meat, then top that with chopped plum tomatoes, diced green peppers, pickled yellow pepper rings, a light smattering of hot peppers, half a big yellow onion, half a big red onion, sliced black olives, diced scallions, then cover with nacho cheese, then dollop sour cream all over the top...serve and watch it disappear...
Some might also add a Salsa..I dont touch the stuff, and since Im the one making 'em, I dont add it.
