Hot Virginia Dip

5 ounces dried beef, rinsed and patted dry and minced
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup sour cream
4 teaspoons onion, minced

Mix all ingredients and place in a casserole dish or hollowed out round of bread. A 9 in deep dish pie pan works well. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with bread bits or crackers.

You can subsitute BBQed pork for the dried beef, but use about double. Also if you add jalapeno and bacon, you will have ABTs in a dish.
