Yall wanted some a our sides recipes so here they is:

Corn Bread Corn
By Tip Piper of Hillbilly Vittles
1 can of Cream Corn
1 can of Whole Kernel Corn
1 box Jiffy Corn Bread mix
1 8 oz Carton Sour Cream
2 eggs
½ Cup melted Butter

Mix all ingriedients together, place cassorole pan and back at 350* for 1 hour.


Delicous Potatoes
By Tip Piper of Hillbilly Vittles
2 Lb bag of frozen Hash Browns
1 10 3/4 oz can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 16 oz Sour Cream
2 Cups fine schredded Cheddar Cheese
1 stick Butter melted
2 Cups crushed Corn Flakes

Mix hashbrowns, soup, sour cream and cheddar cheese together, place in pan, mix butter and corn flakes and place on top, bake at 375* for approx. 1 hour.

Miss Vivians Tater Salad
By Tip Piper of Hillbilly Vittles
5 Lbs Potatoes
1 Doz Eggs
2 Medium Onions
Salt, Pepper to Taste
Miracle Whip ta the right consitancy

Peel an boil potatoes, drain let cool some.
Hard boil an chop eggs.
Chop onions fine.
Cut potatoes into chunks, add in chopped eggs an onions. Add in Miracle Whip until it is smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.


TRADITIONAL CORN BREAD
2 medium Eggs
1 ¼ Cups Milk
¼ Cup Oil
1 ½ Cups Cornmeal
¾ Cup Flour
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbs Sugar
In a large bowl crack the eggs, pour in the milk and the oil. Mix. Dump in the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Turn the batter into a 9 inch oiled pan. Bake at 400* for about 30 minutes, or slightly more. Remove and allow to cool. Makes about 12 pieces.
