Somebody here asked how to make Jelly with Hab peppers. I told them to saute some onions and peppers (minced), cooked bacon (minced), favorite hot sauce, peach jelly, peaches and Habs and mix it together.
Not having tried that, I decided to make it last week. I left out the hot sauce because it wasn't needed and it is super good.
Put a dab of cream cheese on a cracker topped with a dab of this jelly.
Goooood stuff.
