Habanero jelly

Somebody here asked how to make Jelly with Hab peppers. I told them to saute some onions and peppers (minced), cooked bacon (minced), favorite hot sauce, peach jelly, peaches and Habs and mix it together.
Not having tried that, I decided to make it last week. I left out the hot sauce because it wasn't needed and it is super good.
Put a dab of cream cheese on a cracker topped with a dab of this jelly.
Goooood stuff.

Habanero Jelly Recipe This recipe includes fruit variation instructions so you can make your own. Why pay someone else more to do it and put up with their limited selection when you can make your own and exactly what you want?
