Grandma K's Chili Sauce

Grandma K's Chili Sauce
1 Peck ripe Plum Tomatoes
12 Onions
6 Green Peppers
2 Small Hot Peppers
1 Tblsp Paprika
1 Tblsp Whole All Spice
1 Tblsp Whole Cloves
1 Pint White Vinegar
3 Tbls Salt
4 Sticks Cinnamon
2 Cups Sugar

1. Skin and Quarter Tomatoes (Dip in Boiling water then Cold Water)
2. Chop Onions and Peppers (Use Sausage Grinder)
3. Place Spices in a Cloth Bag and add to Veggies in a Large Pan
4. Cook until Veggies are tender.
5. Add Vinegar, Sugar and Salt.
6. Cook Until Mixture Thickens.
7. Pour in to Hot Sterilized jars and Seal.
 
I made it for the general masses so I used some hungarian...I did dump a bunch of hab powder in the couple of salsas I made for me.... :twisted:
