Here is a recipe for cornbread Casserole submitted by drbbq, Ray lampe, on the BBQ Forum.

Cornbread Casserole

5 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups milk
1-1/2 sicks melted margarine
mix together then blend in
2 cups self rising corn meal
1 Tablespoon salt
then mix in
3 cans creamed corn
pour in a pammed half foil pan and bake at 375 for 75 minutes.

If you're looking to add some heat to it you can add one or two chopped and jalapeno's.

There is some moisture in this recipe, the consistency is like cake as opposed to cornbread. It is very good though.
