3 Large Portobello Mushrooms
2 Cups of your favorite Chimichuri Recipe
1. Cut the Mushrooms into ¾ in strips
2. Marinade in Chimichui sauce for a few hours
3. Wrap in Bacon
4. Smoke like an ABT….
I was thinking this could be a great variations recipe……wrap a piece of chasse in the shroom …Cheese Burger , or blue cheese and Cajun seasoning on the bacon…black and blue, it you do these combinations..omit the chimichui..
