I got the original reciepe from StPeteBBQ @ sharky.com. I tweaked it a bit.
4 Tbs. salt
2 Tbs. paprika
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. Black pepper, coarsely ground
1 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. chipotle powder
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Mix together & use on any beef. Makes about 1/2 cup.

Here's another version from Kevin Taylor on TVWB ~ More about it can be found here: (BTW, StPeteBBQ is Tom Ferguson on TVWB ;-) )

Sorry Chris ~ I'm just the messenger ~ I copy / pasted from the link I provided.

LOL!!! I have a dvd of the Uncle George episode. It's one of the funniest things ever filmed.

I made Stogie's Yum Yum rub and didn't like it too much. Bought tumeric for it, and now I don't know what to do with it.
