I am grilling up what I hope are some fine Malibu chicken breasts tonight.
For those uninitiated, that's a boneless/skinless breast topped with sliced
deli ham, Swiss cheese and a pineapple ring. They are marinating in some
Sucklebusters Hoochie Mama rub as I type.

Anyway... I just mixed up what I think will be a good basting/finishing mop
for the breastages. I'll work up a blog post later, but in the mean time,
here it is:

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup Pineapple juice
1 Tbsp Plain yellow mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Molasses
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Chili powder

Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Brush/mop on your carnage of choice during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

I'll report back later.

I've been told by my eldest daughter (11 and clearly raised right) that the sauce could use "a little hot sauce". How cool is that?!

Well sounds like a smart eldest of the female chillins you got there. Looks like a great mop recipe. Purty dang close to Cordon Blue on the chicken breastes itself wee wee? Wonder whut would happen to a person who poked all them goodies on the inside of the breastes pounded out flat...soaked in the mop for an hour or so then wrapped with cheap bacon? Run that plan past the obviously intelligent young lady after we have added the appropriate amount of Sirriachi to suit her of course.

Here are some pics that I just processed. I'm not really happy with them, but I'll fix that.

Looks mighty tasty to me. Healthy too. Combining pineapple with meat is always a good plan. The pineapple helps the digestion process. Especially impotent aspect for prodigous meat eaters and the elderly. Old folks have real weak stomache acid.
