sure doesn't use orange juice in competition, that's for sure. chicken...... maybe !!!!!

This was a recipe copied off a show on which Myron appeared on the Food Network back in June. Didn't say it was his competition marinade, don't think he would really give that out?

He uses juice or juices for sure, the only one I can recall though is grape juice.

Myron ain't giving up all the secrets. I saw him on the Sara Moulton show on Food Network (so glad she's gone) and he was doing a sauce or
a rub, and she asked him if that was the same recipe he used...

"Not quite".
