Greg's BBQ Sauce

1 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
8 oz strawberry preserve
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Woshti Sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp Celery seed or salt
10 good grinds of fresh black pepper
2 good pinches of kosher salt
Red pepper flakes or cyanne pepper to taste for heat!

Combine all ingredients in a pot ans wisk together until combined...let simmer for 30-45 minuets.

I usually make it the night before to let the ingredients meld together!

Greg, did you try this without the liquid smoke? I'm not too crazy about that stuff but want to try this..

No...I have always used it...just use the sugested amount and no more...it'll be ok!!
