Rub

John, I usually split this 25 pound order with a friend and the rub will last me one cooking season.

I was thinking of getting a different rub than my normal. Just to try something different.

I love Headcountry All Purpose. You ever use that? I think it must be paprika based. Not near as salty as some and not a bunch of sugar either. Used be able to find it at Wally World but guess they lost the shelf space. Its now mail order..even though WW still carries the sauce..which is great on chicken might I add. Also make a pretty good base for a thin sauce to keep pushed pork moistened up a little. The hot variant means what it says on the label. The stuff will light you up.
