Here's a dry rub recipe that one contestant used on one pork butt that he cooked at Dundee, it had a great flavor when it was finished.

Zap Rub II

1 T white sugar
1 T brown sugar
1 1/2 T salt
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 T ground sage
1 1/2 tsp thyme
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp onion powder (not in original recipe)
1/2 tsp msg
