Chicken 80 proof vodka sauce ( code name = C80P)

Here is a good way to sauce up your grilled chicken:

Mix 1 part vodka w/4 parts california style french dressing. Add a sparse amount of my secret spice (ground dill) to the sauce. Brush it on your bird before laying on the grill , or piercing with spit.

Cook 3 minute each side, then brush again. 3 more minutes, re-do the brushing. You've now got enough on the polo to finish the job.

While you are painting this bird, if it's good vodka, have a little martini for yourself. (got to be 21 yr or over though). And don't get plucked!

That's all there is to it..

That sounds good, but I think I'd forget all about the chicken by the time it was done!! :eek: #-o
