Alabama White BBQ Sauce - I got this from John Mason


1 cup mayonnaise
2 to 4 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp freshly grated or prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
MAKE AHEAD The sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
 
Oohhh. From that list. Actually, I hosted the 7 (I think) lists for him over on TVWB. But if you like, go ahead and post. :D
 
You know, I made that sauce last year (Chris Lilly's version?). It wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. Then someone said he left out the secret ingrediant!

I'd like to taste the real thing to know for sure.
