nope. looks nasty to me.

For mustard, I reccomend Jack W's award winning Carolina Gold
Recipe.

But I'm NC born and bred. gotta be vinegar pepper for me.

Hmmm.... he said his Vidalia onions came from Texas. He also said he was going to parboil his ribs. I don't think this recipe is going into my files.

(Besides, I'm with Cappy... vinegar and pepper for me.) [smilie=a_goodjobson.gif]

Way, I mean wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too many onions in there, to be called a sauce, or marinade, as the person kept on refering to it as..more like an onion paste, with the bulkiness of it...

basics of the sauce are fine... BUT

1) Texas does NOT grow Vidalia Onions... only Vidalia County Onions are allowed to be called Vaidalia Onions.. I belive the sweet Texas onions are called 405's, or something like that

2) that person crucified the word, worcestershire sauce...said it like 3 different ways wont even comment on his take of the North of the Mason Dixon lines folks way of saying it..

3) Last, but certainly NOT least

HE PARBOILED THE RIBS

Phooey on him and his recipe!!!!!
