No More Mystery to Old-Fashioned Pit Barbecue
Place a small amount of wood in the Smokette's wood box and load the product. Shut the door, set the temperature, and leave it alone until it is time to come out. And don't worry about how much wood to use or how long to smoke the food. The Smokette comes with an operator's manual and a cookbook that will guide you. Join the Cookshack online Barbecue Forum for all the help you need from other Cookshack users and company customer support folks.

Gourmet Wood-Smoked Foods
The Smokette smoke-cooks many other foods, too. Smoke salmon, cheese, oysters, sausages, and more. Check out our Get Smokin' and Still Smokin' cookbooks for recipes and inspirations.
