Who is your favorite chef?

I had the pleasure of meeting Martin Yen a few times. What a great guy!

I love Martin!!! But my favorite of all time is Jeff Smith, aka: The Frugal Gourmet.

I liked to watch Jeff Smith also. Too bad he got himself into the trouble he did. I have a few of his cook books.

"Supposedly" but he was never actually charged, but that was the end of his PBS show and I haven't heard from him since. But he was the most fascinating chef I've ever seen.
