What's cooking this weekend?

I wont be cooking either. Will be in McKinney Texas letting my favorite Son In Law cook a brisket for me though! With my careful advise, of course.

What's cooking this weekend?

Starting on the firemens fair pulled pork. 3 butts and 2 shoulders are already on. Tomorrow is experiment day. Going to try deep fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and spaghetti and meatballs on a stick. Always need something different to sell at the fair.

Sent using smoke signals because I'm a cheap bastard!

Re: What's cooking this weekend?

I think I will break out the pizza oven tomorrow. Thinking about grilling some shicken, then using buffalo sauce instead of mater sauce, and sprinkling blu cheese on top then into the oven. It looks good on paper.....
