What's cooking this weekend?

After smoking hard for a week, giving the Gator pit a night off. For New Years Eve will smoke some bacon wrapped shrimp appateasers, pork chops, and twice baked potatoes. Next day, black eyed peas, smoked salmon and Bill Cannons smoked cream corn. Should be great weather here in Texas, so going to ring it in quietly and in the outdoor kitchen.
