What's cooking for the weekend?

I think I'm gonna breakdown and finally try the meatloaf or smoked bologna! Most likely the meatloaf and some cabbage!

I tried the bologna one time, wasn't very impressed. It was still bologna.

Took me forever to do it on the smoker, Larry...you won't be disappointed...just mad you didn't do it sooner...I followed the TVWB recipe for temp and length! Made my pwn recipe of meat and spices!!

This is only the second thing I've done out of it. The other was the prosciutto and fontina cheese panini. I need to do some more stuff out of it. Got a gas grill on the range that doesn't get used enough unless it's pouring rain outside.
