Well, I got stuck working 8am to 8pm Christmas, so there goes my dinner plans. I think Im just going to do mussels over pasta with the wifes homemade crusty bread. Quick, easy but very good !

Well Greg, we lucked out today. 47 degrees and partly sunny! I'm doing that prime rib today. Did not want rain!

Walter, what kind of ham are you smoking? I did a double smoked cook
at Thanksgiving, and removed the skin to get more smoke flavor in it.
Ended up oversmoking it a bit. If it's a green ham, have at it!
