A separate pot for the cabbage, carrots and 'taters. Nice! They get greasy from the corned beef but my Irish wife insists we throw it all in one pot. This year will be different. I'll tell her you said so. Thanks!

Puff, My Mom does it all in one pot too. I like them separate then buttered and salted.
