My wife warmed up the leftover ribeye from Friday night along with a couple over easy eggs and a piece of mulitgrain toast........eggs and steak with a liberal splashing of sriracha and a fresh cup of coffee and I'm a happy man!

I'm a little slow to reply to this, but had to find the time to figure out how post a pic. And no pic means no cook, so...

That same morning I got up and fired up the grill for a ham steak, sliced some taters to fry and cooked eggs (over easy :) ) with some EVOO. Kinda in a hurry doing everything these days now that we just had our first child in mid August, but still trying to get my fix in on the grill and smokers. It's an addiction! 8)

Since I had the grill lit, I figured I might as well do some wings :D . They did the trick, but I used a bbq sauce I had in the fridge instead of going the hot sauce route and didn't enjoy them as well. Oh well, there's always a next time ;) .

maby I do have a problem..

Doesn't sound like a problem to me  , but I may not be the best judge. I'm always game for a bloody mary!

[quote="Pigs On The Wing BBQ":gon8esrn]Guess I'm just a cheap date. Beer and mater juice works for me.

Pigs

Tried it once.. Seemed like a waste of good beer..[/quote:gon8esrn]

Try using Clamato juice instead of tomato juice and your beer won't go flat. Tastes good too! The cause and the cure all in one drink
