Dave (little Santa) That work's with Val at Adventures in heat (the bbq store) needed to use my 1979 red Weber kettle for a church function. George had only one demo and Dave has one but he needed mine also. He is doing 8 turkey's. Went and bought me all new greats and polished it up. Looks killer. I'll take pics when it comes back home. Yea, I'll put it away in the garage. :roll:

That ol' Weber kettle sure revolutionalized outdoor cooking. And it's almost the same thing since the fifties, except, if memory serves, for modifications to the vents. It's a cool friend who lends it and a cool one that cleans it up!
