Yum, sausages are one of my preferred dishes. There's many kind of italian sausage. And I know a very good recipe for a risotto with italian sausage.
MMMMMM! I love risotto! I do Risotto with Italian Sausage, peas, sun dried tomatoes, and jullienned carrots! Also, Risotto ala Milanese. I much prefer the Italian rices to pasta. Are you in the north? Po Valley?
