Hehehee
2 racks of spares for a "LARGE FEAST"? That's almost enough for just me and a couple ribs for my wife!

I drove to NC (imagine that). Cut grass, worked around the house. Grilled tuna with asparagus and baked potatoes friday night. Grilled chicken with dressing and gray, and asparagus tonight (Sat). Driving back to SC tomorrow.

Not much cookin' done this weekend. Friday nite went to the Mohegan Sun Casino and saw the Sting show (full comp - tickets and hotel room), with 3 friends from the bar I'm grillin' at. Sting has still got a great voice, not too bad a show, although I probably wouldn't pay to see him. Got back saturday morning and slept all day. Sunday did some chicken breasts and country ribs on the gasser, overcooked 'em (oh well, pretty good with that pig powder on them). The weather here on the the weekends has pretty much sucked...
