Weekend from H E double hockey sticks

Well we had planned on doing some Tilapia in Banana Leaves (ala Helen). Had planned on some delish spatchcock Chicken. Ugh what we all ended up doing (Vlad & I and our 3 children) was battling a stomach flu. Not nice worshipping the porcelain Gods all weekend and the bucket brigade. UGH.
Gotta give some serious credit to my Hubby who really did his utmost to take care of us all. He was wonderful.
Going to see if we can rustle up some decent food (and keep it down) today.
