Wed Night Pork Chops

I Jaccardized then pounded out a couple of loin pork chops. After flouring they sat in the refrigerator for an hour.
I then made up a broccoli, carrots & Italian seasonings dish and peeled some potatoes.

That looks swell John. Do they sell alligator meat where you are? If so make a sauce piquant with it
