Weber Nation

I don't understand how a company that can get it so RIGHT as far as product goes can get it so WRONG as far as using the products they sell goes.

Watch the latest installment, Carolina "Red" pulled pork , and see how many WRONGS you can spot.

Just looking at the recipe was enough....it is frustrating.....specially when someone asks how you cook your meat..and then they ask if that will work on a GAS GRILL [smilie=a_doh.gif]

Just listened to 2 podcasts...you figure with a name like Weber, they would have some resources to get their host some better sounding equipment...mine sound much better!

I looked at the email today and thought it was funny that they said to do it on a charcoal or gas grill, then demo'ed the recipe on a WSM.

(Most of the time I look at the email recipe and say nope, don't wanna do that. I agree, Weber could and should do better. )
