So Larry, If you are in a motorized wheel chair and have a few beers, can the cops bust you for going to the mail box? Or is it ok to just walk hammered.

From what I read, yes they can. Hope they don't catch me riding my Wrangler, cause I don't ride it without a beer in my hand!

Actually did this once, arrested a guy driving his riding lawn mower down the street, he hit the curb and fell off of it, cut his head and got back on and tried to keep going...he blew a .19 on the breathalyzer. Even called a wrecker and towed his lawnmower away.

My neighbor was riding our kids go-cart last year in our yard,
crashed it bad enough for a trip to the ER (funny as hell BTW)

but he was quite drunk

It seemed like it took forever for the doctor to come in and
stitch him up after the nurse cleaned things and spoke with us.

Next thing we know, a cop is in with us asking how it happened,
acting all buddy buddy, like he was at the hospital for something
else and had to just step in to laugh at the drunk moron who
crashed a kids go-cart.

The S.O.B. arrested him & charged him with O.U.I.

Private property, after the fact, and cop had no whitness to the event

.............

except my neighbors own dumb mouth
