Ive found a few posts about smoking bambi. My bro wants me to try it. Do we think its to lean ?

Alder works good. Treat it just as you were hot smoking fish. Any other wood, I burp smoke taste for hours. But that may just be me. Keep a eye on it, it doesn't take long at all!
