Turkey Soup

This Sunday I decided to make some turkey soup while the rain was coming down in SoCali. This was my first time making turkey soup and I should have cooked the stock then add the onions, carrots etc, but all in all it came out pretty good. Live and learn I guess.

Here’s the soup cooking away in the pot.

My bowl with some fresh baked bread.

Re: Turkey Soup

Dude that really looks good. I've had pretty good luck freezing my soup. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Turkey Soup

Can't beat a good bowl of soup! I'm with Tritip, I almost always freeze some of the soup.
