Capt'n, did you have problems with flare ups, and about how long did they take? They look really good!
 
Bill, minor flareup problems stemming from me paying more attention to my beer than the cook. I was flipping back and forth from direct to indirect, and left em on direct a little too long once or twice (you can see the burnt edges of the bacon). Next I might try these with boneless skinless thighs, but the breasts were better than I thought. Course, just about anything wrapped in bacon is good!
