todays cook..

Hey Ya'll.. I had some friends over to watch the NNC Race @ texas this afternoon... fired up the ole char griller and put on 2 racks of ribs, 2 butts, 6 chicken Breasts.. Also fixed up some slaw and some Corn Bread..

I didnt get any pics of the food.. The ribs were great..so was the chicken. Tried out a new rub..from a fellow Q'r up in michigan.

he's a good kid, not mine thou. My daughter is a weee bit older.. She'll be 9 in April.


We ate the food so bloody fast.. I do still have a pair of butts to pull in the AM...I'll photo those and the pile of dishes and bones...hows that??
