Well, the weather finally broke here and the wife wont say "Bill, its 90* outside and your cooking chili?" last night so I cooked chili.

Started with 1lb ground beef, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 med sweet onion, and 3 cloves of garlic in the pan.

I added 2 cans of maters, 1 can of kidney beans, 1 can of pinto chili beans, 1 table spoon of consintrated beef broth.

2 Tbl of chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cayane, 1 tsp cumin, 1 Tbs salt, 1 tsp black pepper

Then simmered for 4 hours. Served with chedder cheese, diced onion, and corn bread.

Guess whats for lunch today?

That looks great to me Bill!

But Scotty is the master of the "Pot of Red" and he never uses ground meat! But I do!

I agree, but the daughter wont eat it if'n its too hot. Would you be interested in some REALY hot peppers? I'll be glad to ship some up to you.
