They made me cook a rack of lamb

I'm going all out to beat Larry in this addition of Iron Chef on another board. This time it was Rack of Lamb, Chorizo, and Grits.

So instead of posting a million pics, here is what I did in a slide show. I don't even like lamb but I ate it and enjoyed it!!

That looked great! I think I like the slideshows better than the videos.
