was supposed to be tonight (Part of this had to be cancelled today because of rain). My wife has worked for the past month getting things donated and organized as she does every year for the past 14 years.

With all the help that we get from my buddy's I made a big crock pot of chili to warm them up. It's been on sence 11:30. I'll be doing up some corn bread and cheese and salsa dip to go with it.

Well that mighty nice of yall to donate so much time and material goods to such a worthy cause. May the Lord richly bless your efforts. Might even get a an extry wing on that mansion you due to inherit one fine day. Hopefully it be big enough to hold a big old bbq pit and a chili stove..turkey frying/gumbo pot etc:) Hope yall have a real Merry Christmas.

Been raining like all get out here too Bill
Too bad your day was ruined too.
A bowl of that chili would sure hit the spot right about now.

Well Bill I wish we had rain! We got some snow and it has a layer of ice about an inch thick under it! That chilli would work best here! BTW, you guys know 2 hours of Christmas carols?

Does Christmas get canceled down there if it's not 70 and sunny?

Good looking chili!

That looks like a fine meal Bill, we aint had no real cold weather yet.
