The Jelly's: on the left is my homegrown White Grape an on the right is my homegrown jalepeno.

Grape tastes really good, just a tad tart, just right. The jalepeno is very good, not hot, just a bit a heat on yer tongue at the end.

Grape took alota time, pickem, run em through the food processor, then through the strainer to make the raw juice, then through a jelly strainer, add to a pot an put in the pectin an sugar, then inta jars an process. Lots a work, but real tastey, my mother really was thrilled about gettin some cause my dad planted the grapes years ago.

The jap jelly is really easy, just run em through the food processor, add in the liquid pectin, heat ta boilin an then put in jars an process.

I'll be postin the recipes on my blog site ifin anybody be interested.
