OK, so I'm working on an idea for tomorrow. Bacon wrapped pancetta...Ive got the bacon and the pancetta, but I'm thinking there should be more. Any ideas ?
 
Side pork? Go for some sort of turducken creation. Or jalapenos.
 
John, are you able to unroll it? I'd unroll it and stuff it with provolone, olives, roasted red peppers, pimentos, jalepenos. Then re-roll and wrap with the bacon, just like a fattie!

Ok... That's the game plan, but my son in law who actually requested this can't eat peppers. What else to stuff it with ??? Ive got prosciutto (third pork product) and cheese.
