Tater Salad with a kick!

I got my new shipment of Black Mustard Slather on Friday and I've gone through 1 jar already, half of one on cheese and crackers yesterday. So I got a craving to make some potato salad with it today and I did this morning and this stuff ROCKS!!!!

Recipe

BMS Potato Salad

2lbs baby redskin potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
1/4 large onion diced
1 rib of celery diced
4 TBS Black Mustard Slather
4 TBS Mayo
S&P to taste

Looking gud Larry...throw in a 1/4 cup diced jalapinos next time and kick 'er up another notch. Jalies take potato salad to another level.
