Well I aint neva even heard of a hamburger club let alone have a chance to join or even see one in person so to speak. This place is highly edumacational. Ya done good. Making me mighty hongry here I hope that one pic which shows one about half a foot thick is simply one stacked on top of another. Take a person with a mighty big mouf to take a bite out of that one if it all intertwined together. See whut I'm saying here Boy?

I hit the Brew in Gonzalas just yesterday. Special was chicken fried steak with your choice of white or brown gravey with mashed tators and field peas and some garlic bread. I had to crawl back to work.

Well shore be glad to hear when they bring this Brew eating place close to my house. It hard to find a decent hamburger whithin a 10 mile radius. Now don't even get to lying over onyawns rings..cuz I aint had a good one in 20 years or so. Country Club down at Runaway Bay..down in Wise County made some good ones. Head Chef was a native of Manysoto. Now how do a person figger out them parameters? Each year he go home and bring back a bunch of gallon jugs of pickled baloney. Whew that was good eating. Cept the wrapper wasnt edible. You had to shuck it then eat it. Hear whut I'm saying Boy?

lol at pickled baloney....

it actually sounds kind of good.

Now here's abouts in South Carolina, it ain't uncommon to find
pickled pigs feet in big ol' jars on the countertops of country
stores and gas stations....Alton Brown picked him up one in
Jawja I believe...he only ate one bite.

I've never been tempted to actually eat one..they have some
strange lookin stuff floating around the top, and who knows
what's in there besides the pig feet.

Always reminded me of the combs floating in that colored water
in the barber shops.

Seems like an unbreakable comb should be worth a lot more than
a quarter.

That stuff at the top of the pigs feet jars is just some fat.....as for the combs...another of lifes mysteries

Dang you young whuppersnappers is showing your age here. I was raised on big old hairy pickled pigs feet from the jar and a few packs of crackers. My Daddy always take me to the beer joint with him. Remember well one time we was in the dance hall part early in the day and I got to shoot the tops off several of the beer bottle salt shakers with my pellet gun. Now that was a special event.
